Eggs are a natural partner for some of the Salsas that we’ve been making. Simply add in a few other common items to your regular shopping list and you’ll always have the option of whipping up authentic Mexican breakfast dishes.
It’s true, many of these dishes are perfect for lazy weekend mornings, but I regularly eat these dishes for lunch and dinner as well. Breakfast burritos for dinner are serious comfort food after a long day of work — especially when you are drenching them in a homemade Salsa!
So please keep in mind that your kitchen is open for breakfast 24 hours a day!
