Tostadas are one of my big discoveries after spending time in Mexico. I never made them before Cozumel, and now I munch on them on a weekly basis! There is something tremendously satisfying about eating them -- maybe it's the crunch, maybe it's the higher fillings-to-tortilla ratio....either way I am hooked on them 🙂...
