Breakfast

December 7, 2018 By Patrick

Okay, time to eat!

Now that your kitchen is capable of producing authentic Salsas you’ve got instant access to a wide range of breakfast dishes.

Eggs are a natural partner for some of the Salsas that we’ve been making.  Simply add in a few other common items to your regular shopping list and you’ll always have the option of whipping up authentic Mexican breakfast dishes.

It’s true, many of these dishes are perfect for lazy weekend mornings, but I regularly eat these dishes for lunch and dinner as well.  So please keep in mind that your kitchen is open for breakfast 24 hours a day!

There are three delicious recipes in this Module.  And I mean delicious!  Some of these recipes are very high on my all-time list and I think you’ll really enjoy them, so let’s get cooking!

Below you’ll see the Module table containing all the recipes we’ll be making.  Simply click on the first recipe (Huevos Ahogados) to get started.
Module Recipes
  • Huevos Ahogados (Drowned Eggs)
  • Huevos Rancheros
  • Migas
